SHIPPING INFO


 
Local Courier (Shipping + Handling)  is SGD 6. Free Courier above SGD 100. There is no self collection option available. 

Our standard delivery window is from 10.00am – 10.00pm from Mondays - Saturdays. (unless otherwise stated). Upon selecting this option, we will not be able to accede to request for preferred timing. 

We engage third party logistics vendor(s) to deliver island-wide. As such, we have no control over the route planning and unable to provide an estimate delivery time for orders with deliveries. Once your parcel is being dispatched, an SMS notification will be sent to your mobile number. Take notice that we take all effort to check and ensure that all parcels are packed with care and marked fragile. All parcels are insured and assigned with a dedicated tracking number. When parcels are handed over to drivers, it will be under their responsibility to complete the delivery with care and we shall not be responsible for any lost / damag
e parcels / lateness in transit etc and if we provide the proof of postage to you.

You may indicate your delivery instructions in your cart out page, however we will try our best effort to indicate the remarks in the delivery note. We shall not be liable for failure to deliver on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, traffic conditions and/or any other circumstances that extend beyond our control.

For smooth delivery, kindly remain contactable at all times as drivers may be required to contact you in cases of delivery difficulties (ie. Intercom not working, incorrect address provided, no one answering the door)

Drivers are doing back-to-back deliveries and are responsible for completing all deliveries within the given delivery window. 

Should you not be available at the point of time to receive your parcel, you may like to inform the driver to leave your parcel at a safe spot at your doorstep. Take note that the driver should give you a verification code via mobile message notification for your acknowledgement in order to validate that he has completed the delivery job. However, this arrangement may or may not be standardized as we will not be able to advise on unexpected situations that could turn out.  

We will not be responsible for any lost / damages once you agree to leave your parcel at your door step safe spot. 
 
Alternatively, you may inform the driver to resend it on the next working day (Please note that this is also based on our courier service provider schedule and expect delays especially during peak period). In this case, the delivery will be considered to have failed and the driver will proceed with the rest of the deliveries. Do check back your tracking link for further updates on 2nd Delivery as we will not be advising. Kindly note that the driver will also not return for a 2nd delivery on the same day.

Delivery reschedule for 2nd delivery, will be on the next working day subjected to their schedule. Do ensure that some one would be able to receive the parcel. In any case of a 3rd delivery, there will be additional charges; $6 for delivery charges. Payment for this delivery charges must be made to us prior to the 3rd delivery arrangement. 

[IMPORTANT] For Delivery failed attempts, we will not be intervening on any situations due to any reasons given by the buyer or the driver, however we do appreciate your feedback(s) and would consider them for future improvements.

In the event, should you have receive your parcel in a bad shape (unacceptable condition - eg damaged, unsealed and/or items broken), kindly contact our third-party logistics vendor  directly and as required by them, kindly take a photo (4 sides of the damage parcel box both inside and outside) also clearly showing the damage item and how it was wrapped up with bubble wrap & a video of the both the parcel & the damaged item immediately and send it support@easyparcel.sg with your tracking number for them to assist. Take note that they only allow reporting within 3 days from the day you receive your parcel. We will make reasomable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). 

Kindly check all purchased items on the delivery date itself. You may wish to know our seller's responsibility will cover only till the day of the receiving of your delivery.  
 
For any wrong / missing items, kindly inform us immediately.
